Returns
Our returns policy is applicable for:
- Damaged products
- Faulty products
- Incorrect deliveries
- Dissatisfactory products
We want to ensure that you have a happy experience with us so that you come back again. To do so, we will assist you in all your return and refund requests. To claim a refund, you can do one of three things:
- You can log on to your account on our website. You can go through an entire order or select particular items that you want to return on the website. Here, you can also enter the reason for this request. We look at all return requests within 48hours. Someone from the team will either email or call you to enquire further.
- You can call us directly and request a return. We will ask you a few standard questions to confirm your request and then begin the process.
- You can check the product at the time of delivery and send it back to the driver. Your refund will be processed to your card.
All returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. After requesting a refund, please be patient. It can take up to 14 working days for the bank to process the amount into your account.
